By the COMPANY, personal data may be collected from website visitors (customers, potential customer candidates) in categories such as identity information, contact information, professional experience information, gender information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal transaction and marketing sales information, financial transaction data (credit card, bank information, etc.).

will be processed within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 and can be stored for legal periods.

A. Method of collecting personal data
The data controller collects personal data through the website, mobile application, and social media platforms, automatically, in writing, in electronic environments.
B. Legal reason for collecting personal data
By the COMPANY, within the framework of legal regulations and based on the processing conditions specified in PDPL Articles 5 and 6, personal data is collected limited to the purposes mentioned above, with the existence of reasons such as the legal obligation of the data controller to fulfill, legitimate interests of the data controller, performance of the contract, establishment, protection, and exercise of rights, and as envisaged in the relevant laws, and collected in a way that will not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Scope of the obligation to inform
By applying to the Data Controller, you have the following rights regarding yourself:
a) Identity of the data controller and, if any, its representative,
b) Purpose of processing personal data,
c) To whom and for what purpose personal data can be transferred,
d) Method of collecting personal data and legal reason,
d) Other rights listed below;
i) Learning whether personal data is processed,
ii) Requesting information if personal data is processed,
iii) Learning whether personal data is used in accordance with the purpose of processing,
iv) Knowing third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
v) Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing have ceased, despite being processed in accordance with the PDPL Articles 7, 11,
f) Requesting that the transactions made in accordance with the above (v) and (e) subparagraphs be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the individual by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
h) Requesting compensation in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
II. Application to the Data Controller
You can submit your requests within the scope of the rights specified in section (I) above in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Data Controller and registered in the Data Controller's system (kvkk@.......com.tr) or through a software or application developed for the purpose of the application.
The following information and documents must be available in your application;
a) Name, surname, and if the application is in writing, signature,
b) Republic of Turkey (Briefly "T.R.") For T.R. citizens, T.R. identity number, nationality for foreigners, passport number, or if any, identity number,
